Harmony Blueprint Session (First Session for All New Clients) - 120 minutes

Every coaching relationship begins with a Harmony Blueprint Session. Using my Momentum Mapping process, we'll identify your goals, uncover what's been keeping you stuck, and create your personalized Harmony Blueprint—a practical plan to help you build momentum toward a more harmonious home.

Turn your Harmony Blueprint into consistent progress. Each Guided Momentum Session combines personalized coaching, decision-making support, and focused body doubling to help you move from feeling overwhelmed to taking action.

We'll celebrate your progress, work through obstacles, make thoughtful decisions together, and keep building momentum—one manageable step at a time.

Focus Session (for existing clients only) - 30 minutes

Small sessions. Steady progress. Designed for existing clients, Focus Sessions offer accountability and dedicated work time to help you stay connected to your goals. Using the powerful technique of body doubling—working alongside a supportive coach in real time—you'll have the structure, encouragement, and accountability to get started, stay focused, and keep moving forward.
